An Introduction to Microsoft Excel

This course provides you with a wide ranging look at Excel, Microsoft's premier spreadsheet tool. We introduce the program's Interface (using both Excel 2003 and Excel 2007), and show you how the program works using real world examples. We cover such things as relative and absolute cell references, charting, inserting formulae, various functions, the database facilities in Excel and the use of macros to speed up spreadsheet use. Finally, we encourage you to develop spreadsheets of your own and send them in for comment. We offer a Q&A forum, quizzes and a glossary of terms.
